Welcome to Reading List by Andrew Liptak. I’m a science fiction writer and journalist who’s written for places such as Barnes & Noble’s Sci-Fi and Fantasy Blog, Clarkesworld, io9, Kirkus Reviews, Polygon, Tor.com, The Verge, and others. I’m currently writing a book about the history of cosplay, and what it means for fan culture.
This newsletter is a way for me to write about current events in the science fiction and fantasy communities, commentary on the field, books that I’ve been reading, or simply to point people in the direction of other articles that I’ve found interesting. Sometimes, I’ll throw in a short story that I’ve written as well.
